Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics)/BSc in EEE from any reputed university. Must Have GPA 3.00 Out of 5.00 in SSC/HSC and CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 in Diploma/BSc. CGPA will consider for the experienced person.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales & Marketing of electrical products such as 33/11kV & 11/.415kV Substation equipment's (Transformer, HT & LT switchgear panel & Power factor Improvement plant), Distribution Boards, Generator, Solar System etc.
∎ With the existing marketing team, deliver and develop The Sub-Station marketing strategy across the program and organization.
∎ Target orientation toward existing and new markets and accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementing sales plans Organize, direct and control the respective divisional sales and technical support staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
∎ Searching the new market for Sub-Station.
∎ Prepare Monthly & weekly reports and submit them to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ Assume overall responsibility for developing & achieving the annual Sales target for the organization.
∎ Implements sales, marketing, and product development programs.
∎ Ensure technical support to technicians/maintenance team.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-2 year(s) for BSc Engineering and 2-3 year(s) for Diploma Engineering.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Direct Sales and Marketing
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Clear understanding about Substation market
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English
∎ Full mobility to travel
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
