Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to do market research (Competitor analysis, customer research & product demand etc).
∎ Recognizing need of customers.
∎ Find out potential client & communicate with them.
∎ Have to take the challenge to meet the sales target.
∎ Regular call & meeting with customers to identify & obtain further sales & business development opportunities.
∎ To construct sales speeches & presentation.
∎ To develop sales & marketing strategy for increasing the product demand.
∎ Provide regular feedback to senior management about market place & competitors activity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer.
∎ Should have good knowledge about MS Office.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and if needed extra hour.
∎ Must be dynamic, hard working & proactive.
