Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute business analytics and communicate it to sales forces
∎ Visit various markets and monitor sales operation
∎ Provide necessary support to sales forces to perform the job smoothly
∎ Take initiatives for the improvement of sales activities
∎ Propose & plan for market restructuring as per market potentiality
∎ Assist in formulation & review of business policy, incentive policy, performance evaluation policy & promotion policy for sales forces
∎ Assist in restructuring geographical area for defined markets, territories & regions
∎ Ensure achieving the sales target
∎ Execute business analytics and communicate it to sales forces
