Job Responsibilities:
∎ To promote sales and Marketing.
∎ Ability to take on challenges to achieve the sales target.
∎ Capable to visit the project with clients for their quires and satisfaction.
∎ To make strategies to make new customers.
∎ Candidate must have working experience as a Manager in a Reputed Real Estate / Property Development industry.
∎ The incumbent must have the capability to impel the Sales & Marketing Department including policy formulation and implementation.
∎ Set up guidelines for the Sales & Marketing team to develop an effective Sales & Marketing strategy.
∎ Effective plan shear with the management to market requirements and Sales developments.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target.
∎ To communicate with the clients through telemarketing and build a strong relationship with prospects and customers.
∎ Daily visit door to door customer & attain their opinion's.
∎ To complete the appointed task in time.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general working hours.
