∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Job Context:
∎ Currently the company is looking for young, dynamic and energetic young candidate.
∎ Experience working in a similar job will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Construction Heavy Equipment (Excavator, Crane, Roller etc.) Rental, Sale and Service Business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support the implementation of the business development strategy.
∎ Prepare yearly budget for the Construction Equipment Rental Business.
∎ Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
∎ Develop necessary support and maintain regular communication with the concerned officers at the different government and donor agencies for running & upcoming projects.
∎ Maintain close liaison with other sales wings for getting new query.
∎ Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales projection and performance.
∎ To hunt new clients, make onboard & regulate business to meet organization's business target and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: Construction Material Handling Equipments
∎ Should have the capability to run rental business independently.
∎ Good knowledge on construction & material handling equipment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office.

Salary: Negotiable
