∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Store Materials Bill,Challan and it's In & out Must be posted in Tally Record.
∎ To prepare & Update list of delivery and send it to Corperate Office.
∎ To prepare Money Requisition.
∎ To prepare red Bill (Head Office)& Challan (Party) when delivery.
∎ Prepare Daily Statement and Petty Cash Maintenance.
∎ Prepare VAT Challan, Contact to VAT Office and visit weekly to submit VAT Challan..
∎ Payment Salaries and Overtime.
∎ Inventory Report prepared in every month.
∎ Check & Monitor Stock Register in test basic in two times in every week and report to head office Accounts.
∎ Materials should be issued against proper Requisition.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of store materials and make sure misuse or missing of materials is strictly monitored.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience of 1 year in any reputed engineering or manufacturing organizations in Accounts Department.
∎ Experience in Tally Software is must
∎ Well experienced in MS Word & MS Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
