Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in direct Sales, work for target achievement, Mentality to tour frequently different areas as per requirement & reporting to team leader/Manager.
∎ Ability to do Strategic plan for increasing sales and analysis of business growth comparing with similar industry of different market. Outlet/Shop sales analysis ability.
∎ Visit different market as per demand of market and analysis the market share, find out gap market and take necessary steps to increase market share/Sales.
∎ Competitor analysis and find out competitive advantage.
∎ Monitoring the field as per management command (Software based field Monitoring), ability to work under pressure and team as well.
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets & Customer needs.
∎ Ability to do feasibility study of the upcoming business.
∎ Ability to work all departmental task as per Sales/marketing department demand.
∎ Innovative, adaptable and mentality to contribute to the development of the company sales.
∎ Ability to handle field force, distributor and others external stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure
∎ Good IT skills
