∎ Minimum Graduate from any recognized university
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional certification of GDS

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Immigration Consultant, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to issue, re-issue and refund of any air ticket on GDS system such as Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus.
∎ Maintaining ticketing selling register book and restoring required documents.
∎ Counselling the clients to choose the better destination with best competitive fare.
∎ Handle customer inquiries through telephone, social media and E-mail about all kind of air ticket query domestic & international route.
∎ Ensuring all bookings & reservations are performed as of demand by clients.
∎ A prompted service should be ensured to the clients.
∎ Must have knowledge about on worldwide air route.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females are encourage to apply.
∎ Communicating with customer over phone and face to face.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on computer.
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Well-groomed, hard-working and fluent in Bengali and English.
