Job Responsibilities
Conduct research to develop new formulations, processes, and technologies
Improve existing products by enhancing quality, stability, and cost-effectiveness
Perform laboratory trials, stability studies, and analysis to evaluate new and existing products
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies
Conduct document research findings, prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders
Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to implement R&D initiatives
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and competitive products in the market
Assist in scale-up processes for manufacturing and troubleshooting technical issues
