Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in development of the new product
∎ Monitoring the product development with all production department
∎ Ensure quality of new developed product.
∎ Conduct market analysis of existing accessories;
∎ Communicate with buyer to implement their requirement in new product;
∎ Ensure all QA reports for audit & buyers.
∎ Overall product development and new idea development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Must have 2 years experience in Product Development (Carton, Poly, Narrow Fabric,etc.) with large garments accessories industry.
∎ Must have knowledge in research techniques.
∎ Must have good communication & presentation skill.
∎ Must have innovative idea and development skill.
∎ Must be energetic, confident, self-driven and proactive.
