Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology
∎ University degree from a reputed university in any of the above disciplines. Candidate must be strongly interested in industrial research.
∎ Candidates should have MS (thesis) with good academic records. MS in Plant Pathology/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates of any of the required disciplines should preferably have:
∎ Clear idea about aseptic handling of microorganisms and isolation and identification of microorganisms
∎ Laboratory based experience on bacterial and fungal fermentation
∎ Experience in working in an industrial set up
∎ Knowledge about molecular biology related to microorganisms
∎ Knowledge in chemistry and biochemistry
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in a microbiology laboratory and the drive to improve those practices where necessary
∎ Ability to take responsibility and work independently
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Ability to notice biological safety issues at every stage of the research and production process
∎ Experience in development of formulations of biofertilizers and biopesticides
∎ Experience in setting up field experiments, data collection and analysis
∎ Experience in evaluation of microbial fertilizers and pesticides in farmer's field
∎ Age limit of 25 to 35 years can be considered in the case of candidates with proven experience in any of the required fields
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
