Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) tests during manufacturing in strict compliance with SOPs.
Update and adhere to current SOPs in alignment with GMP guidelines.
Perform sampling and visual inspection following the Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards.
Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at every stage of the production process.
Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) through proper issuance, monitoring, and review of documentation.
Investigate non-conformities thoroughly and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) accordingly.
