Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle & get innovation about DHU & Traffic Light System;
∎ Maintaining initial, inline & final inspection from sewing to finishing section;
∎ Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and others;
∎ Ensure good quality of garments & on-time delivery;
∎ Ensure proactive solution by collecting and analyzing quality data;
∎ Having capabilities to solve all kind of quality related problems by doing root cause analysis and corrective action plan;
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Department;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in Quality Assurance with large knit garments.
∎ Excellent English communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Good computer knowledge in e-mail & MS Office application
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
