Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & ensure sample quality as per buyer/customer's requirements.
∎ Ensure on time submission of sample
∎ Ensure Technical Support like CAD & Operation
∎ Prepare Risk Analysis of sample Vs Bulk Production
∎ Review Tech Pack & Comments
∎ Maintain required Management Information System.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Working experience in Quality Assurance with large knit garments factory with branded buyer like Tommy Hilfiger, CK, Target Australia
∎ Should have mentality to visit factories as roaming QA Inspector
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
∎ The applicant should have at least 2 years experience in the same position.
