∎ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
NQC, Production Management (Sewing), Quality, Quality Controller/ Assurance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform the audit for line/ finishing output based on 1.5 AQL Chart.
∎ Follow up the deviations in QA System and take necessary steps for prevention
∎ During Quality check need to follow sample/ PP sample or respective approval
∎ Ensure proper measurement and give feedback to Quality supervisor
∎ Ensure all Initial & Inline Inspection on behalf of H&M.
∎ Ensure Production Sample Approval & conduct PPM for new style
∎ Collect order file and counter sample from buyer
∎ Take corrective action plan from supervisor as per quality defect report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in Quality Assurance with large knit garments.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
