Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Communication, Journalism or a related field.

• 1 to 4 years

• Strong writing skills both in English and Bangla.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with 1-2 years of experience.
• Agile, mobile and ready to explore.

• Develop, strategize, and implement tailored and effective communication campaigns for the brand and service applications.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and publicity for the company.
• Figure out effective communication tools, channels, media platforms, and potential partners to ensure efficient and successful delivery of our messages.
• Drive awareness and generate interest in our offering by reaching out to our diverse target audience, including farmers, input companies, retailers, institutional buyers as well as all individuals associated with the agricultural community.
• Organize and coordinate events, such as product launches, press conferences and trade shows.
• Allocate and maintain a budget for PR activities to drive brand visibility and new user acquisition of our digital solutions to contribute towards achieving growth for the company.
• Monitor the outcome and make reports to measure the effectiveness of the activities.
• Maintain a database of media contacts and monitor industry trends to identify potential opportunities for the company.
• Work with a social media team to understand the pulse of the customers and stakeholders to help with developing the PR narrative.
