• English proficiency is a must (spoken and written).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional attitude and confidence in international communication.

• Ability to clearly understand and relay project needs.

• Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams.

• Experience in client communication or partner management is a plus.

• Experience in IT, software, B2B service, or international roles.

• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

• Female preferred.

Betopia Limited is expanding its global partner ecosystem. At present, we are working with three international partners, and we aim to build stronger and more efficient collaboration workflows. To support this growth, we are looking for a confident and communication-driven Partner Successor Executive who will professionally represent Betopia to our partners.

Maintain communication with international partners.

• Represent Betopia as the primary contact for partner management.

• Collect, understand, and document project requirements.

• Relay requirements to internal teams (technical, product, development).

• Track project progress and ensure timely updates.

• Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and documentation.

• Build trust-based, long-term partner relationships.

• Ensure smooth coordination between partners and internal departments.
