Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Technology from Butex/ AUST.
∎ Major in Spinning.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2 to 3 years experience in same position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure yarn quality as per the STD and according to buyer requirement;
∎ Ensure the characteristics of different types of fibers i. e both natural & man made;
∎ Ensure the standard parameters of all types of yarn for knit fabrics;
∎ Check the physical appearenceand other parameters of yarn like Count, Twist Per Inch (TPI), Count Strength Product (CSP) etc from every lot of yarn and advice to the forward department accordingly;
∎ Check the dyed fabrics from every lot and set the parameters i. e enzyme level and also determine the end are based yarn properties;
∎ Communicate and technical discussion with home and aboard suppliers for quality improvement;
∎ Communicate with the concern regarding different spinning parameters;
∎ Communicate and give technical explanation with others department, RMG and buyer concern regarding any limitation of RAW material and yarn;
∎ Ensure all records of every yarn lot;
∎ Give the update of all parameters of every yarn lot to all other related departments;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Must have good English communication skill.
∎ Must have computer literature specially in MS Excel.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
