∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish routes and possible gateways to communicate Dulux brand messages to its target audience and influence groups.
∎ Identify the right communication strategy in line with channel strategy to reach out to target group starting from brand awareness and till trial-generation.
∎ Develop effective merchandise and promotion tools so that it gives business results with key vendors/agencies/suppliers.
∎ Implement display and visibility guidelines as per adopted strategy across the channels; keeping the trade partner/channel partner motivated through different activation and engagement.
∎ Generate demand through activation, communication, promotion and ensure secondary sales from the emerging channel counters.
∎ Promote business through online, activation, engagement and offline platforms.
∎ Conduct different field-oriented briefings, highlight brand USPs with external and internal stakeholder for business development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing, channel management and brand experience
∎ Skills:
∎ Analytical thinking, Proficiency in reporting and very good at PPT presentation, Campaign and Event management, Brand Management and ability to provide results under pressure
