Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training modules;
Strong analytical skill with the ability to gather actionable insights.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular HCP and KOL visits to share updated product and disease knowledge;
Collect HCP insights and report to management for strategic decision-making;
Organize and participate in CMEs, RTDs and other scientific programs;
Develop, update and deliver scientific presentations and training modules;
Support induction and capability-building training for field teams;
Prepare and evaluate assessments for training programs.
