• Age At most 32 years

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply

• Readiness to perform in a shift-based operation

• Good interpersonal & communication skill

• Proficient in MS Office

• Analyze and review the sales forecast and production plan to ensure optimal inventory levels of finished products

• Monitor and manage the continuous supply of raw & packaging materials, ensuring alignment with the production plan

• Oversee inventory levels of all input materials to maintain stringent control over supply chains and prevent disruptions

• Supervise and track inventory levels of finished products to meet market demand, ensuring timely distribution across the country

• Plan, organize, and deliver both on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions to foster the professional development of junior team members
