Responsibilities & Context:
- Daily petty Cash maintain.
- Prepare Bank reconciliation statements daily.
- Checking Bills for payments complying with TDS and VDS.
- Prepare Challan for TDS & VDS monthly return submission to the Tax authority.
- Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly, and final accounts.
- Work on LC, Bank Guarantee, Performance Guarantee, and other foreign trade-related issues.
- Ensure record keeping of all transactions and ensure accurate provisioning.
- Prepare to financial report.
- Prepare to mushok 6.3 and make bill and delivery challan.
- Preparing Vouchers & other Reports in support of the Financial Statements.
- Any other job related to finance and accounts as assigned by management.
