Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 18 years
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Visa Consultancy/Manpower Agency or Travel Agency.   

  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and target achievement.      

  • Ability to multitask, lead projects, and deliver under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Sell visa support and overseas work permit/recruiting services while meeting monthly sales targets.

  • Build strong client relationships, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into loyal customers.

  • Handle visa processing with up-to-date knowledge of documentation and embassy requirements.

  • Support both online and offline marketing campaigns; strong sense of digital marketing is essential.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth interdepartmental activities.

  • Achieve set goals and demonstrate a performance-driven mindset in a target-based work environment.

  • Monitor sales KPIs and assist in preparing regular reports for management evaluation.

  • Assist in managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.

  • Coordinate with support teams to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

  • Identify new business opportunities, including overseas recruitment projects, and support high-value client acquisitions.
