Minimum GPA 4.00 in both SSC and SSC or Equivalent Exam

Minimum CGPA 2.5 BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing)

Work Experience in Hotel will get preferences.

Fluent in English and comfortable in Live presentation.



Responsibilities & Context:

Marketing & Communications:

  • Planning and execution of strategic monthly marketing Plan with the team.

  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote the hotel`s services, facilities, and promotions.

  • Prepare and execution marketing plan for monthly and yearly.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

  • Prepares weekly or monthly marketing reports.

  • Marketing activity presentation.

  • Conducting Live Presentation.

  • SMS blasts.

  • Email blasts.

  • Article/ Press release write-up.

  • Presentation of event plan/ marketing campaign/ proposal/ plan to higher management.

  • Persuasive presentation/ communication/ negotiation/ with partners/ clients/ internal head of department/ CGM & CEO of RBDWG

  • Effective communication within internal departments in regards to updates or changes in marketing promotion.

  • Research and communication with influencer to cover events.

  • Greetings and receiving VIP guests

  • Attending in sales calls and meeting with clients or partners.

  • Strategic alliance to assist Sales team into bringing revenue through banks.

  • Bringing Rooms/F&B/ Catering Revenue through strategic alliance with bank and non banking institution.

Events:

  • MC for various RBDWG’s own events.

  • Live video hosting for various RBDWG’s own events for Social media.

  • Organizing raffle draw sessions for RBDWG’s own events.

Social Media Management:

  • Planning and execution of monthly social media and content development plan with team.

  • Execution to social media management, response to queries. collaborate with the marketing team.

  • Write copy (text) to develop the social media, invitation, event, room packages and festival content designs including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital assets. Create engaging social media content, monitor user engagement, and respond to customer queries and comments.

  • Manage the hotel`s online presence, including the official website, social media channels, and online travel agencies (OTAs).

  • Implement strategies for search keywords to get the right audience to improve the hotel`s visibility and ranking in search results in Meta Platform.

  • Create engaging social media content, monitor user engagement, and respond to customer queries and comments.

Public Relations:

  • Assist in organizing press conferences, media briefings, and other PR events.

  • Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.

  • Cultivate relationships with media contacts and influencers to secure positive coverage for the hotel.

  • Support the planning and execution of hotel events, including corporate functions, Food festivals, weddings, and conferences.

  • Assist in event promotion through various channels, including online platforms and targeted marketing campaigns.

Support and Coordinate:

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other departments as required.

  • Raising PR (Purchase Control) through MC (Material Control) & store requisition.

  • Maintain Kormee Software

  • Ensures overall marketing support role for Room Sales, Catering Sales, Outlet Sales, Health Club and Spa etc.

  • Gift Voucher Issuing and reporting to the Accounts department every month.

  • Sales store inventory.

  • CEO Compliments card/SMS content.

  • Process newspaper bill and other bills.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Any job related task assigned by supervisor.
