∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, Email Communications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Tele Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Collection, Field Sales, Sales & Marketing, Tele Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making calls to customers and generate leads.
∎ Client visit.
∎ Area-based data collection and find potential clients.
∎ CRM tool update.
∎ Design, plan marketing strategies.
∎ Handling customer/applicant queries telephone, e-mail, or chat.
∎ Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
∎ Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
∎ Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Prepare professional sales & marketing plans & motivated to increase sales.
∎ Ability to deal with Dealer, clients & follow up sales activities & others.
∎ Sourcing sales opportunities and marketing potentialities.
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have the mentality to take on challenges.
∎ Must be fluent in any kind of communication.
∎ Great presentation skills.
∎ Have to be smart, confident, and a quick learner.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be increased based on performance and working capability.
