Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process sale orders online, or via phone and email.
∎ Monitor sales forces movement via online tracking service through submitted market route chart
∎ Check & verify monthly transport allowances & daily allowances through submitted market route chart.
∎ Communicates with dealers & other stake holders related to sales & delivery issues.
∎ Check depots stock, storage, order, delivery & returning of goods; reconciliation of recorded document with process approval.
∎ Monitor all sales collections activities, as well as all special sales commission & after sales service.
∎ Prepare sales commission, sales persons & dealer's incentive and package commission.
∎ Prepare & present all kind of MIS at daily, monthly and yearly basis, analysis & report to management.
∎ Always research to improve all sales operations & record keeping system according to company's objectives.
∎ To check implementation of company procedure, visits weekly/monthly market certainly.
∎ Other duties as assigned as per qualifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Additional accounts background degree is an added advantage.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, Power Point and MS Excel).
∎ Specially experience on manufacturing & trading sector.
∎ NID, Educational Certificate, Experience Certificate, NOC and Pay Slip/Bank Statement must have attached with CV.
