Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome residents & visitors by greeting them courteously & appropriately, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
∎ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
∎ Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, magazine and brochures)
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
∎ Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends.
∎ Contacts with vendor/contractor/service provider regularly and maintain the relationship.
∎ Any other task assign by the management for company welfare.
∎ Look after entry/ exit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years

∎ Proven work experience as a Lobby Executive, Receptionist, Front Desk officer or similar role
∎ Energetic and polite in manner with positive personality
∎ Good Communication skills.
∎ Capable in written and oral communication- both in English and Bangla
∎ Good computer literacy such as MS Office, Net browsing, mobile applications, etc
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
