∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Formulation, Laboratory/ Testing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure best matching recipe considering cost & fabric quality parameters
∎ Ensure process & machine wise recipe program
∎ Good recipe adjustment and faster shade match according to buyer requirement
∎ Closely monitor & analyze on shift production
∎ Ensure safety & compliance activities in workplace
∎ Ensure identify subordinate strength & work assign accordingly
∎ RFT analysis from Lab to bulk & root cause analysis on NRT batches
∎ Manage man, machine and materials properly.
∎ Maintain required MIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 28 years
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Must have working experienced in lab with large textile lab.
