Communication, Counseling, Drafting, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, team work

Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing various types of legal notices in Bangla and English.
∎ Providing legal opinion on issues, required by k-group companies/departments.
∎ Providing legal opinion based on legal research.
∎ Reviewing all contacts or any other documents of the K/Group Company.
∎ Compiling, verifying, accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for records.
∎ Coordinate with departments and companies counsels/legal advisers of k group regarding legal matters/court cases.
∎ Represent the business units departments Enterprises and companies of Karnaphuli group as plaintiffs or witnesses in cases on trial in the court of law, arbitrator panel, or other bilateral negotiation dispute settlement, etc. of litigations
∎ Attendance in the court of law on dates of cases on behalf of Karnaphuli group of companies / Business units / Departments including on the occasions of court hearings and cross-examination sessions.
∎ Pursue issuance of WA and WP & A and arrange to implement them as and when required.
∎ Filing new cases on behalf of Karnaphuli Group of Companies / Business units / Department
∎ Provide legal advice as per requirement on legal issues
∎ Prepare and gather case documents, update case records, reports, and statements, and maintain filing and other office works of the legal department.
