Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ISP related work, IT Support Service and Network
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the liaison among the authority, Professors, Doctors, Nurses, Medical Staff and department employees.
∎ Provide connection to computers with Organization Active Directory.
∎ Having strong knowledge of DNS & DHCP Servers.
∎ Provide VPN connectivity to users
∎ Having strong knowledge on TCP/IP
∎ Provide hospital software support to users.
∎ Software backup, data backup etc. from computers and devices.
∎ Work for Network & USB Printers, peripherals & Software’s.
∎ Switch, Router, Wi-Fi Access Point configuration
∎ Installation and Troubleshooting Various OS like Windows, Linux, Mac.
∎ Performing installations, deployments & support of various network solutions like like Cisco, MikroTik, LevelOne, ToTo Link router etc.
∎ Bandwidth Management of internet users
∎ Providing file server connection to users and Management in order to provide software and file services for all users.
∎ Installation, deployment of Kaspersky Endpoint Security Server to protect end devices.
∎ Video Conference Support provide like Zoom, Teams meeting.
∎ Provide software training to staff when required
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Maintain IT inventory for record keeping.
∎ Take immediate action of any IT devices repairing and replacing.
∎ Have to work given by Department and Organization.
∎ Cat-6 Cabling, SSD Installation, and various computer accessories knowledge
∎ Can do attitude will be appreciated and must be able to work under shifting duty and roaster duty.
