∎ BBS/ B.Sc in any discipline / BBA with a minor in Information Systems or similar
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in SAP user support, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely support when required, especially PP, MM, FICO, and SD Modules of SAP
∎ Provide support to users for SAP processes and maintain proper communication with our HQ, and SAP team for smooth business operations
∎ Assist the System Engineer to update, edit, remove, and relocate for constant collaboration with the Finance department to ensure updated SAP Asset Register
∎ Discover new functionality to improve continuous SAP operational activities
∎ Facilitate all user support as per service request and update all security patches and antivirus updates in congregation with System Engineer
∎ Constant and consistent compliance with local and corporate SH&E regulations and policies in daily work and responsible for reporting accidents, unsafe practices, and hazards to the immediate supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 years of working experience in SAP S/4 HANA, experience in MM, FICO or any module (s) of SAP is preferred
∎ Candidate has to be enthusiastic and passionate about programming
∎ Upright knowledge of SDLC and design patterns.
∎ Good Knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS)
∎ Capability to work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other specified software is preferred
∎ Good reporting and communication capability
∎ Prerequisite qualifications will be relaxed for truly deserving candidates
