Responsibilities & Context
Provide technical support to factory users for desktops, laptops, printers, scanner and other IT equipment
Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software operating systems and applications.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and network cabling.
Monitor and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, file sharing, and access permissions.
Configure and maintain corporate email services, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Monitor and maintain CCTV, NVR, biometric attendance devices, and access control systems.
Provide technical support for ERP, HR, payroll, inventory, and other business applications.
Perform regular data backups, system updates, antivirus maintenance, and IT security checks.
Maintain IT asset inventories, software license records, equipment documentation, and troubleshooting logs.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware maintenance, software support, internet connectivity, and IT equipment procurement.
Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues and minimize downtime of critical IT systems and network services.
Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and internal audit requirements.
Provide technical assistance during new system installations, office or factory expansions, and IT infrastructure upgrades.
Prepare regular IT activity reports and perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.
