Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain IT inventory with a Hardware warranty, AMC, SLA, and keep it up to date.
∎ Maintain documentation for MRR, Receiving Copy, Invoice copy, etc. and submit to SCM as and when required.
∎ IT-related accessories received from vendors based on factory requisitions and ensure product delivery to different business units.
∎ Receiving faulty IT equipment is such as Laptop, desktop, printer, etc and arrange to service for out of warranty product/align vendor for RMA claim, communicate with unit IT responsible for replacement/servicing issues facing daily basis.
∎ IT asset code and asset tag, lifetime, and depreciation management.
∎ Maintain stock for emergency/consumable items to unsure immediate accessories replacement support.
∎ Assist SCM to collect quotations, compare and validate specification among collect quotations and follow up until issuing PO.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic understanding of the specifications of the software to be installed
∎ Knowledge of hardware or software on different OEM
∎ Capable of working with office applications, ERP software, communications systems, etc
