Job Context:
∎ ISATL is a privately owned, independent off dock based in Chattogram, Bangladesh . An initiative of Summit Group, Alliance Holdings Limited and Ispahani Group.
∎ Principal activities of the company are to provide Off-Dock services to its valued clients that include as under:
∎ Inland Container Depot comprising transportation and storage of empty containers and redelivery of the containers to various locations as per client`s advice.
∎ Container Freight Station comprising activities related to Export and Import cargo handling. The services that are provided include:
∎ Receiving of export cargo, storage of the same in bonded warehouse, documentation to complete formalities related to export, stuffing (loading) of the cargo in the container and transportation of the same after due customs formalities to the Port Container Yard or Vessel Hook as per Client`s advice.
∎ Receiving import cargo from port yard, documentation, unstuffing (unloading) of the same after due Customs formalities and handing over of cargo to clients.
∎ Company also provides some customized services to its clients, such as Container condition survey, its repair and maintenance; Fumigation; etc.
∎ ISATL is looking for recruitment of personnel to the following positions having the requisites as set forth below.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing various server such as Active Directory Server, File Server, Access control Server, EPS Antivirus Server etc. of the company.
∎ Maintaining, troubleshooting, installing and configuring of LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi network equipment as required.
∎ Prepare desktop & laptop installing all the necessary software including OS.
∎ Have to provide technical supports for Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Email, CCTV, NVR, Network and Software problem to the end users.
∎ Manage and implementing Network Security devices and protocols including next generation Firewall, Router & Switch.
∎ Install & manage biometric machine.
∎ Install and configure ASYCUDA world software for various users.
∎ Schedule maintenance of all IT devices.
∎ Co-ordinate with vendors to collect quotation & submit purchase order for new IT products purchase.
∎ Receive purchased products ensuring the quality.
∎ Co-ordinate with vendor's for claiming warranty and repair IT products.
∎ Maintain IT stock inventory files and physical IT store and update necessary files for Internal & External Audit.
∎ Maintain Network & CCTV diagram.
∎ Monthly IT/Cyber Security Training to in-house colleagues, take training picture & signature and store for Audit purpose.
∎ Should have the curiosity to learn new innovations about the relevant IT development to update himself.

∎ Candidate having 1-2 year experience also can apply.
