Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for understanding and handling existing network configuration, Networking equipment, Servers, Workstations, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server desktop infrastructure.
∎ Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, VLAN, Firewall –Cyberoam and VPN applications.
∎ Must know the Network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration and Good knowledge of server hardware, Disk storage technology, I/O devices.
∎ Responsible for installing operating system, driver software, application software-PMS, configuring email in outlook. taking backup both client PC and Server.
∎ Identifies and implements solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment.
∎ Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for Property Management Systems – PMS, Guest Internet, Point of Sale - POS, CCTV, Telephony systems and other software vendors.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for updating inventory of all hardware and IT products and information
∎ A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable and Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
∎ Responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests and system users.
∎ Ensures cleanliness of all data equipment and computer rooms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skill especially with hotel guest in English
∎ Hospitality approach in mind to server Guest
∎ Good knowledge on Windows Server R2 2012
∎ Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Sub netting, DHCP
∎ Good knowledge on router, firewall and email gateway system
∎ Smart, proactive, energetic, hard worker and result oriented
∎ Ability to perform under pressure
∎ Self-motivated
