∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure IT support to various departments to ensure smooth operations & ICT related security risk
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, and laptop & also require to troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system used).
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Ensure timely first-level support.
∎ Cabling and Crimping network cables & connectors as per requirements.
∎ Ensure smooth recording of CCTV.
∎ Ensure smooth running FINGER AND CARD Punch Machine.
∎ Ensure data backup for all users.
∎ Ensure smooth running Antivirus.
∎ Installing & Maintaining IP Camera and Access Control Device.
∎ All kinds of IT-related work and any work assigned by management.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Must know Graphic design ( Adobe Photoshop Adobe illustrator)
∎ Good typing speed in MS Word, Excel, and other such software both in Bangla & English.
∎ Experience in the conversion of pdf to word files.
∎ Very well conversant with web browsing. Corresponding with Foreign Principle.
∎ Visa, Ticketing.
