• Age 20 to 35 years

• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with Purchase orders/Purchase Requisition.
• Inspects items, as to quality and quantity, against PO & Challan.
• Stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand accurately, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess inventory.
• Collaborate with procurement and user department to align inventory strategies with hospital objectives.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and ageing to improve efficiency and reduce inventory costs.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels and orders.
• Develop and manage inventory reports.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and develop action plans to mitigate potential losses.
• Train and mentor junior inventory staff to enhance team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Different responsibilities time to time assigned by the management.
