export documentation for agroprocessed foods, Export/ Import through L/C
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain communication with all existing & prospective customers in foreign countries to be assigned by Supervisor.
∎ Place Export Notice to factories as per buyer’s & country requirements with proper guidelines.
∎ Prepare all shipping documents.
∎ Collect freight quotations from shipping line/forwarders & recommend for the appropriate one.
∎ Keep record of every steps of export shipping and send required documents to the buyers on time for smooth release of the consignments.
∎ Receive feedback of exported products & services; and get repeat order.
∎ Communicate & attend meetings with different Govt. agencies, chambers, associations and banks regarding export related rules & facilities.
∎ Keep liaison with different international agencies as required.
∎ Communicate with different export logistics offices like Shipping Lines, C&F Agents (Chittagong), ICD (Dhaka) authorities, MCCI, DCCI, FBCCI, EPB, BAPA, Khamar Bari (DAE) etc.
∎ Visit foreign markets and participate in Trade Fairs as per higher management approval.
∎ Review importers yearly/periodic performance and develop different programs to achieve annual target.
∎ Work under heavy work pressure.
∎ Any work as per instruction of higher management.
