∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing audits of inventory management systems and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper valuation.
∎ Regular Market Visit (Distributor and Retail point)
∎ PR checking, (3 quotation comparisons), with actual requirements by department.
∎ Checking the received materials with challan and requisition.
∎ Post Audit of purchase bills with PR and Pricing.
∎ Assisting in monthly Stock counting.
∎ Daily Attendance and manpower requirements and actual (highlighting any access manpower)
∎ Store documentation checking and making sure all information is updated in the system on a daily basis
∎ Surprise visits and Audits of the store, and production floor to make sure all SOPs for being followed
∎ Identifying discrepancies, assessing risks, and making recommendations to improve inventory controls and minimize losses.
∎ Monitoring and following up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
∎ Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
∎ Any other assignment assigned by HOD.
