∎ Masters in Accounting with CA-CC
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Checking and verifying overall procurement process, sales orders, collections, delivery, pending delivery orders and ensuring their chronological cycle smoothly.
∎ Visiting plants, warehouses and market as per requirement and submitting reports accordingly.
∎ Checking inventory, ownership and acceptable use of assets for Asset Management.
∎ Providing support in updating Audit's plan of action and revising the same as and when required.
∎ Identifying risk factors & additional cost components and prescribing practices to eliminate them.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation of audit reports & working papers to support audit findings.
∎ Monitoring the operational procedure, departmental budget and identifying the pitfalls, resource wastage and miscalculations accordingly to Bangladesh Standards on Audit (BSA).
∎ Checking TA/DA bills, branding/ promotional activities bills, etc. and their payments & adjustment process.
∎ Checking and verifying financial statements to ensure their accuracy, consistency and adherence to the BAS/BFRS/BSA
