Skills Required: CCTV system,Logic ERP Software,Microsoft 365,Network Engineering,Printers and Scanners Configuration,Surveillance
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
Install, Configure & Manage all devices & service in access layer.
Troubleshoot and level one support end user software, solution, antivirus, operating system related issues.
Use the defines tools to manage end user support and report.
Renovation and new deployment work of entire group.
Ensure security of End use of the entire organization.
Update and patch management of end user equipment.
Application & ERP solution implementation and it’s smooth operation in the context of infrastructure.
Keep track of IT asset from accusation to disposal of end user equipment’s of his site and send report as required.
Ensure backup & restoration of end user devices.
Manage vendor for warranty and servicing of IT equipment
Incident & change report
SOP, build document, project doc, issue register etc.
