∎ B.Sc. Major in IPE / Apparel Manufacturing from a reputed University.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed in the case of outstanding/ experienced candidates.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Production Planing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Style wise OB and daily follow-up with production and merchandiser to ensure daily productivity.
∎ Coordinate sample room realistic and feasible SMV for upcoming style from Cost Analysis.
∎ Work with merchandiser for on-time PP approvals to start bulk production of fabric, cutting, and embellishment such as print, embroidery, washing, sewing & finishing.
∎ Back calculate from the shipment date to fabric receive, align the sewing line loading plan and production plan with proper balancing.
∎ Work out PP Meeting Schedule with Merchandiser.
∎ Work out Weekly and Monthly Final Inspection Schedule of the priority orders.
∎ Maintain the factory management report (Efficiency report, Operator Efficiency)
∎ Educate and aware the staff to improve the operator handling to achieve Efficiency & Quality.
∎ Monitor the Layout arrangement and Line balancing and visit the line to check the performances.
∎ Analytical study on all generated reports including GSD / SMV.
∎ Create a system and procedure for production based on Lean Manufacturing.
∎ Assist the production team to improve efficiency and quality through workplace improvement, capacity studies, and achieving costing SMV's.
∎ Systematic problem solving and continuous improvement drive at all levels of the organization.
∎ Manpower Utilization – Sewer to Non-sewer Ratio.
∎ Create a culture of in-built quality and meet all key performance indicators such as budgeted efficiency, and budgeted standard hours.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Special Skills Required: OB Specialist for any knit item & GSD experience person will be given preference.
∎ Should have strong analytical, and leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Should have a Positive work ethic and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Highly computer literate and ERP software.
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skills.
∎ Should be an excellent team member and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in Bangla and English.
