Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining proper sequence of OB to ensure best workflow.
∎ Capacity study, production study, method study and productivity increase by Process development.
∎ Find out bottle necks operation and take precaution accordingly.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work-In-Process (WIP)
∎ Follow-up the production and take necessary action for achievement.
∎ Hourly Production Monitoring, find out Low Production, record Non-Productive Time (NPT).
∎ Update skill inventory regular basis.
∎ Ensure the process flow through proper bundling and Barcode scan system.
∎ Implement of 7S Suggestions & Implement of KAIZEN Suggestions.
∎ Worker recruit system and assessment & development program according to the company policy.
∎ Will be fully responsible for "On time shipment" of all order.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience in same post in reputed knit industries.
∎ Fresher Not Allowed.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure.
