• Advanced knowledge in MS Suite;

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;

• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

• Manage site-level technical activities, including process optimization, technology, analytics and capacity planning;

• Collaborate with SMEs to provide technical guidance and resolve resource gaps during tech transfers;

• Conduct and monitor stability studies and ensure timely closure of change controls;

• Prepare and maintain process and analytical transfer documents, including risk assessments and protocols;

• Ensure full compliance with cGMP, HSE and regulatory standards;

• Prepare, review, and complete process validation and analytical method validation documentation;

• Coordinate feasibility studies, regulatory batches and validation batches for new product transfers;

• Conduct cleaning and packaging validation based on risk and worst-case assessments;

• Support product improvement initiatives and assist during internal and external audits;

• Provide necessary support during internal and external audits.
