Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop, upgrade, and implement HR Policies, Guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ Design, coordinate, and execute training programs aimed at improving employee skills, performance, and development. Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
∎ Establish a system to train all workers/staff/employees on Environmental, Safety and protection on a demonstration basis to ensure mission success.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices such as Recruitment, Selection, Compensation & benefit, Provident fund, Gratuity, Maternity benefit, Earn leave settlement, Pay Roll, Group Insurance & claim processing, Leave management, Disciplinary action, Show cause, Warning letter, Suspension, Termination, Dismissal, Health & Safety, Worker motivation and training, Periodical check of Compliance related issues.
∎ Should have knowledge on Talent Acquisition, selections and Recruitment procedures.
∎ Practical knowledge on the process of employee assessment like probationary assessment, yearly assessment, assessment for promotion etc.
∎ Sound knowledge about all committees like PC, Safety, Anti-Harassment etc.
∎ Lead and ensure the compliance activities regularly inspecting factory premises and proactively identifying all compliance lapses and taking measures for their rectification.
∎ Address areas of non-conformance to Workplace Safety and Health standards through corrective actions.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyers' code of conduct.
∎ Prepare internal audit plan, conduct internal audit as per schedule and report to senior management regarding the improvement of the system.
∎ Interact with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware on maintaining better compliance standards.
∎ Mediating issues between employees or between employees and management to maintain a positive workplace culture·
∎ Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top management of the company for keeping healthy culture of compliance.
∎ Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
