∎ Proven experience in contract management and procurement is an added advantage.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and contract management tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contract Management: In collaboration with legal department, develop, negotiate, and manage ground handling contracts with service providers, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
∎ Vendor Selection: Identify and evaluate potential ground handling service providers, conduct vendor assessments, and negotiate terms and pricing agreements to secure reliable and cost-effective services.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of ground handling service providers, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure service quality, efficiency, and adherence to contractual obligations.
∎ Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with contractual terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and safety standards by conducting audits, inspections, and site visits as necessary.
∎ Issue Resolution: Address any issues or disputes that may arise during the course of ground handling operations, collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
∎ Cost Optimization: Work closely with finance and operations teams to optimize ground handling costs, identify opportunities for cost savings, and negotiate favorable pricing arrangements with service providers.
∎ Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with ground handling service providers, airport authorities, regulatory agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure smooth operation of ground handling activities.
∎ Contract Renewals and Amendments: Coordinate the renewal, amendment, and termination of ground handling contracts as needed, negotiate contract terms, and ensure seamless transition between service providers.

∎ Role Overview:
∎ The Executive - Ground Handling Contacts will be responsible for managing all aspects of ground handling contacts to support the smooth and cost-effective operation of our aviation services. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with ground handling service providers.
