Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries regarding air tickets, tours, and visa services (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email).
Book and issue domestic and international air tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline fares, routes, schedules, and promotions.
Coordinate visa applications, hotel bookings, and travel insurance for clients.
Provide detailed travel itineraries, quotations, and package information to customers.
Communicate with airlines, embassies, and partner agents to resolve booking or visa-related issues.
Maintain accurate client records, payment details, and monthly sales reports.
Support marketing and social media activities for travel promotions and group tours.
Ensure high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
