• Skilled in MS Office Suite.

• Problem solving skills.

• Has to be good at report process (especially verbally).

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Good typing skills of both Bangla and English.

Job Context :          

We are looking for a potential Executive for Front Desk for the Head office of a large Aluminium Company to oversee the reception tasks in such a way that all tasks can be driven in a proper manner with proper reporting to the HR & Admin dept. as well as Higher Management of the company as and when required.

Job Descriptions :

• Welcoming all guests/visitors and respond to their queries by providing necessary information.

• Handling all phone calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right person.

• Receiving & maintaining all documents and dispatching them to the concerned end by keeping records.

• Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.

• Ensuring visitors record and maintenance of visitor entry pass cards.

• Maintaining database of all important phone numbers, e-mail addresses & contact addresses of important persons/organizations.

• Maintaining proper security & telecommunication system for smooth Front Desk operations.

• Being responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents and dispatching them to the concerned official/authority by keeping corresponding records.

• Maintaining all sorts of registers, which are under the custody of the front desk.

• Ensuring reception area is well organized and in a presentable condition.

• Any other job assigns by the management from time to time.
