Job Responsibilities:
∎ Using knowledge of export and import regulations and business operations, develop innovative risk mitigation strategies and methods.
∎ Establish strong business relationships with sector and corporate International Trade counterparts
∎ Develop licensing strategies, export authorizations, training, and guidance based upon knowledge of the export regulations.
∎ Serve as the Empowered Official for transactional compliance with export regulations, license preparation and processing, and the use of exemptions and exceptions in lieu of licensing.
∎ Maintain awareness of changing export control laws and regulations and provide analysis regarding applicability and impact to ES services and technologies, as well as existing company export policies and procedures.
∎ In coordination with the Law Department, investigate and support disclosure of potential non-compliance, and development and implementation of effective corrective actions.
∎ Maintains applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Previous experience managing transportation import/export operations organization preferably in a defense related industry.
∎ Sufficient Knowledge in Computer (MS Word, Excel, Email, Skype, Zoom, Social Media).
Salary: Negotiable
