Responsibilities & Context: - Plan and slot SKUs for daily and weekly Flash Sales, ensuring availability of high-traction and value-driven products.
- Coordinate WOW deals communication with marketing teams for strong visibility across app banners, push notifications, and social media.
- Work with category teams to ensure the right mix of products, competitive pricing, and strong sell-through rates.
- Maintain operational governance by monitoring seller participation, stock availability, and price adherence.
- Track Flash Sale GMV, orders, and slot performance, preparing post-sale analysis and improvement strategies.
- Support Mega Campaign Flash Sale activations with advance planning, SKU sourcing, and cross-team coordination.
- Plan and execute daily category campaigns, ensuring timely go-live and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Identify and shortlist the right category mix and iconic SKUs that can drive traffic, conversion, and sales uplift.
- Coordinate with category managers, sellers, and marketing teams for seamless end-to-end campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance metrics (GMV, orders, sell-through rate) and prepare actionable insights insights for optimization.
- Conduct post-campaign deal analysis, identifying winning SKUs, gaps, and opportunities for future campaigns.
- Provide active support during Mega Campaigns through detailed SKU planning, campaign governance, and performance monitoring.
